Since June 2012, I have had the opportunity to teach in a low-income government-run school in Mumbai called Karamveer School. The challenges my students face are beyond what I could have imagined and I am absolutely determined to give them the best of every aspect of education I can before I finish my fellowship programme this year.
One of these aspects is technology. Everything is going digital these days, including classrooms. I want to give my students the opportunity to experience, what I and other students from more affluent backgrounds are able to experience as part of their school life.
How can I achieve this for my students?
Through Zaya’s Lab Kit. It consists of tablets (with headphones) for all my students and their ClassCloud device which allows me to create personal plans for each of my students.
The only thing that stops my kids from attaining this excellent opportunity is the lack of funds.
You can be the change that need to see in their lives.
All you have to do is donate $50 to this campaign and share it with a friend.
